Key Requirements & Instructions

  • OEM Requirement: If not the Original End Manufacturer (OEM), offerors must state the OEM (Company Name and CAGE) and provide a signed letter of authorization as a distributor.
  • Repair Process: Vendors will have 90 days after receipt of carcasses to complete a TD&E and submit an FFP quote for the full repair effort. Quotes must include the cost of new material for evaluation.
  • Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT): A requested RTAT of 180 days is specified. Price reductions will be incurred for failure to meet the required RTAT. Final inspection and acceptance must occur within the RTAT.
