Scope of Work
The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, and equipment to deliver comprehensive ground ambulance services. Key services include:

- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Critical Care Transport (CCT)
- Gurney/Litter Transports Services must be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays, for the MVAHCS, its Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics in Minneapolis, MN. Personnel must meet specific qualifications (e.g., EMTs, CCTPs) and undergo background investigations. Vehicles must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations. The contractor must utilize VetRide or VA-Approved Transportation Software and adhere to mandated response times for scheduled, emergent, and unscheduled transports.
