This RFI seeks information on various Hill’s Science Diet and Prescription Diet dog food products, including specific SKUs for:
- PRESCRIPTION Z/D LOW ALLERGEN (25 LB BAG)
- PRESCRIPTION DIET L/D (13 OZ CAN, 12 CANS/CASE; 17.5 LB BAG)
- PRESCRIPTION DIET Z/D ALLERGEN FREE (13 OZ CAN, 12 CANS/CASE)
- PRESCRIPTION DIET GI BIOME CHICKEN (16 LB BAG; 12.5 OZ CAN, 12 CANS/CASE)
- PRESCRIPTION DIET I/D LOW FAT (CHICKEN, 17.6 LB BAG; ORIGINAL Pâté, 13 OZ CAN, 12 CANS/CASE; RICE VEG & CHICKEN STEW, 13 OZ CAN, 12 CANS/CASE)
- PRESCRIPTION DIET Z/D LOW FAT HYDROLYZED SOY RECIPE (8 LB BAG; 13 OZ CAN, 12 CANS/CASE)
Delivery & Acceptance
- General Requirements: Full orders must be delivered within seven (7) calendar days of order placement. Food must be within three (3) months of the manufacture date. Partial orders are not accepted.
- Damaged Goods: Damaged items or orders with evidence of rodent/pest damage must be replaced at no additional cost.
- Emergency Orders: Must be delivered within 48 hours of order placement.
- Delivery Locations: Primary at 341 TRS/DOL, 1239 Knight Street Bldg 7487, JBSA Lackland, TX (Lackland Kennels); Secondary at 341 TRS/DOL, Patrol Road Bldg 468, JBSA Lackland – Chapman Training Annex, TX (Chapman Annex Kennels).
- Delivery Hours: On-site between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. CDT for unloading. Supplemental/emergency deliveries outside these hours require Contracting Officer approval.
- Acceptance: Final acceptance by a designated Point of Contact (POC) occurs after delivery, inspection, and breakdown of pallets.
