Statement of Work (SOW)

To restore a 24' Wells Cargo enclosed box trailer used by the USCG MSST Los Angeles/Long Beach (LA/LB) to a serviceable condition.

• Replace plywood for the ceiling and walls.

• Replace interior and exterior lights.

• Replace door locks for the two entry/exit doors.

• Replace the ceiling membrane and ensure it is watertight.

• Replace the rear workbench top.

• Furnish and install vinyl flooring.

• Install a unit-provided toolbox.

• Include any installation charges as a separate line item.

• Work must be completed in accordance with standard practices, specific material manufacturer specifications, and/or standard industry practices.

• The ceiling must be watertight.

• Work will be scheduled upon award of the contract.

• The work may be completed at the Contractor's facility (within 25 miles of the unit) or at the unit's facility located at 1001 S. Seaside Ave., San Pedro, CA 90731.

• A site visit is required and will be scheduled by contacting the unit's point of contact.

• Any damage to government property caused by the contractor must be repaired or replaced at no cost to the government.

• Contractors driving on Base Los Angeles/Long Beach must have a government-issued driver's license and abide by all posted signs.

• The dimensions of the internal workspace are 24' L x 8' W x 7' H. The contractor shall inspect and replace those deemed unusable.
