Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and supervision to perform recurring maintenance and inspections for air compressors and air dryers located across four facilities (Hangar 2050, 1007, 1019, 1009) at Fairchild AFB. Services include:
- Annual MAJOR Inspections: Replacing oil and filters, inspecting drive belts, CCVV inspection/rebuilding, full inspection/lubrication/testing.
- Annual MINOR Inspections: Replacing oil and air filters, full inspection/lubrication/testing.
- Bi-Annual Inspections (Every 6 months): Replacing air filters, full inspection/lubrication/testing. Work must adhere to standard commercial practices, manufacturer's specifications, AFOSH 91-46, AFOSH 91-20-Chapter30-Air Compressors, and the Statement of Work. Additional services for repairs exceeding $400.00 per unit will be handled separately.
