Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with an estimated magnitude between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Period of Performance is 545 days from the Notice to Proceed. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. The Construction Wage Rate Requirements (Davis-Bacon), specifically Wage Rate Decision Number AZ20260007 for Coconino County, Arizona (Heavy Construction), will apply.
