Scope of Work
NAVAIR intends to solicit for a single award Indefinite-Delivery-Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for E-6B Depot Level MRO services for the E-6B aircraft. This procurement will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 6 full and open competition. The IDIQ is anticipated to include one (1) five-year ordering period with the option for one (1) additional five-year ordering period, covering Fiscal Years (FYs) 2027 through 2036.
Accessing Documents & Submission
The draft PWS, PMI Depot Level Maintenance Specification, and an industry question/comment form are posted in the Solicitation Module of the U.S. Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website. Access is restricted to companies incorporated in the United States that intend to propose as prime contractors and are verified via SAM.gov. These documents contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and export-controlled data.
To gain access, interested parties must submit a written request to Contract Specialist Ms. Jasmine Mcree (jasmine.a.mccree.civ@us.navy.mil). The request must include:
- Company name and address
- Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code (as registered in SAM.gov and PIEE)
- A statement of intent to submit as a prime contractor
- A certified copy of a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement. DD Form 2345 certification can be obtained from the Defense Logistics Information Service. Upon verification, access will be granted. Offerors are responsible for flowing down CUI handling guidance to subcontractors.
Feedback and questions on the draft documents should be submitted using the provided "Industry Question and Answer form Offeror Name.xlsx" by February 20, 2026. Proprietary information should be marked accordingly; classified material is prohibited.
