This synopsis provides notice that the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), on behalf of Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I), Communications and GPS Navigation Program Office (PMW/A 170), awarded contract N00039-25-D-2002 (Solicitation N00039-24-R-2005) on a sole-source basis to Raytheon Company of 1001 Boston Post Road, Marlborough, MA, 01752-3770. The Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract was awarded on 25 September 2025 with a value of $497,694,942 for the continued manufacturing, testing and delivery of Navy Multiband Terminals (NMTs), modification kits, installation kits, spare parts, and engineering services to support continued fielding and maintenance plans.
