Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW outlines the requirements for commercial supplies, specifically industrial compressed gases, gas handling, delivery, incidental services, and accessories. These are needed for the operations at NSWC Crane B3330S to complete testing and shipping procedures of the AN/SLQ-32(V)7 BLK 3 system during Depot PIT operations.

• Maintain a copy of all Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) as required by NSWC Crane instruction 5100.7.

• Provide a copy of all MSDS documents to the RTA (Robert Summerville) upon delivery.

• Ensure all provided MSDS documents are the latest revisions.

• Establish appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Government systems and data.

• Flow down all security requirements to subcontractors.

• Personnel may require up to a TOP SECRET – SCI/TOP SECRET/SECRET clearance per DoDD 5220.6.

• Adhere to Government and program regulations for access to facilities, information, and systems.

• On-site personnel require a Tier 3 Background Investigation IAW DODM 5200.02.

• Complete an initial on-boarding security brief via Computer Based Training (CBT) within 60 days of work commencement.

• Ensure all personnel are U.S. citizens and maintain appropriate security clearances per SECNAVINST 5510.30C.

• Designate in writing Facility Security Officers or Facility Security Representatives to the COR and Contracting Officer.

• NSWC Crane core duty hours for on-site Contractor personnel are 0900 to 1430 hours, Monday through Friday.

• On-site contractors are allowed in Government spaces only when Government personnel are present.

• Contractor work schedules are to be established by the contractor program manager for cost-effective and efficient task completion.

• Flex-time and compressed work schedules may not be allowed for employees involved with training or specific testing operations.

• The Contractor may be required to work a flexible or fixed schedule to meet special Government needs.
