Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the complete ground-based installation of one CPI Satcom & Antenna Technologies Model M40-75-3006 metal space frame radome (MSFR). Key requirements include:
- Supplying qualified personnel who are US citizens and hold IRATA, SPRAT rope access, first aid, OSHA 10, AWP Safety, and Scaffolding Safety Training certifications.
- Demonstrating experience with L3-ESSCO/CPI Satcom & Antenna Technologies Model M40-75-3006 MSFR installations.
- Performing installation strictly in accordance with the M40 Radome Installation, Operation & Maintenance Manual.
- Ensuring the radome includes a base vent with adjustable louvers, a base access hatch, and a zenith hatch with vent. No electrical wiring is required.
- Properly securing and sealing the radome to the existing concrete pad using pre-approved anchor bolts and sealing methods.
- Returning the site to its original condition post-installation.
- Obtaining a final acceptance document signed by both the customer and the contractor supervisor.

Submission & Evaluation

Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, based on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation. The Government may award without discussions. Offerors must state acceptance of terms and conditions or list exceptions with rationale. An active registration in SAM.gov is mandatory, and FAR 52.204-24 must be completed and returned.
