• Period of Performance: A base year (August 30, 2026 - August 29, 2027) plus four option years and a FAR 52.217-8 option, totaling approximately 5.5 years.
• Place of Performance: Primarily FLC-Norfolk facilities in Norfolk, VA, but also includes various Naval vessels (CONUS and OCONUS locations such as Mayport, FL; Manama, Bahrain; Rota, Spain; Mina Jebel Ali, UAE).
