Contract Details
This procurement will utilize FAR Part 15 procedures. Policies under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) will not be used. The place of performance is Valencia, CA.
Submission & Eligibility
This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received within 45 days after the publication date (February 10, 2026) solely to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. Interested persons or organizations capable of satisfying this requirement with a commercial item may identify their interest and submit capabilities and qualifications via email to the contracting officer within 15 days of this notice, by February 16, 2026. This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The source authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as supplemented by FAR 6.302-1. Firms not already approved must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR), but the procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval.
