Evaluation & Source Approval
The Government intends to negotiate with only one responsible source, ROCKWELL COLLINS, INC., as no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Any firm not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR). This procurement will not be delayed for SAR approval. All capability statements received within 15 days of the notice publication will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
