The purpose of this amended combined synopsis/solicitation for Solicitation No. 36C26125Q0949 is to:
Extend the RFI due date to October 23, 2025 by 3:30 PM PDT;
Extend the RFQ due date to October 29, 2025 by 12:00 PM PDT;
Provide a revised VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting JAN 2023 DEVIATION as a service requirement;
Provide RFQ 36C26125Q0949_1 revised 10-22-25;
and to advise offerors to review the revised submission requirements in FAR 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
Due to receiving several inquiries from offerors and for clarification purposes, this solicitation is for a service requirement with a NAICS Code of 238220 and Product Service Code of N045. This solicitation is not a construction requirement. The VA has provided its response to the inquiries and will not respond to additional RFIs/Questions related to this matter.
Quotes previously submitted will not be used for evaluation purposes due to the solicitation documents being revised and posted on 10-22-2025.
Prior Offerors are highly encouraged to resubmit their quotes for consideration using the current documents attached to this Amended Combined Synopsis-Solicitation RFQ 36C26125Q0949 posted on 10-22-2025.
