The requirement involves the complete replacement of the existing intercom system. Key tasks include:

  • Installation: Supply and install a new Zenitel ICX Intelligent Communications System (or equivalent). This system requires three zones, 42 locations, 10 handheld/phone stations, 33 wall stations, and one server.
  • Cabling & Restoration: Use CAT6A cabling. The contractor is responsible for any drywall repairs/patching and painting required to restore rooms to their original condition.
  • Materials & Labor: Furnish all necessary labor, materials, employee training, services, insurance, and equipment.
