This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services for a complete LED Type-B lighting fixture replacement in Parking Lot 2 at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The project aims to improve energy efficiency, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance safety.

• Complete replacement of existing lighting fixtures with new LED Type-B fixtures in a two-level parking structure and associated ramps.

• Removal and disposal of all existing fixtures, components, and hardware.

• Installation of approximately 385 ceiling-mounted fixtures and 56 ramp fixtures.

• New fixtures must be Type-B (ballast bypass/direct wire), 5000K color temperature, minimum 3,000 lumens, vapor-tight/industrial-grade, UL and DLC Premium listed, and comply with California Title 24 and FEMP standards.

• Contractor shall provide 5% spare fixtures of the same specifications.

• Work shall be performed during weekend periods to minimize disruption.

• Contractor must possess a valid California C-10 Electrical Contractor License.
