Evaluation

Award will be made on an All or Nothing Basis to the offeror deemed most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as Technical Capability/Project Execution Plan, Price, Installation and Delivery Lead Time, Provision of Authorized Distributor Letter, and Provision of Colorado Electrical License or Supervisor Certificate.
