Eligibility & Submission
Offerors must provide proof of a Colorado electrical license or supervisor certification. A Letter of Authorized Distributor is required if the offeror is not the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Quotes must be emailed to stephanie.cahill@va.gov and are subject to a 4MB email limit. Hand-carried or faxed quotes will not be accepted. The Request for Quote (RFQ) must be completed, signed, and dated to be considered.
Evaluation
Award will be made on an All or Nothing Basis to the offeror deemed most advantageous to the Government, considering factors such as Technical Capability/Project Execution Plan, Price, Installation and Delivery Lead Time, Provision of Authorized Distributor Letter, and Provision of Colorado Electrical License or Supervisor Certificate. The Government reserves the right to make an award solely based on initial quotes.
