This solicitation is for a one-time, firm-fixed-price service for the supply and installation of 50 commercial flagpoles at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center in Columbia, South Carolina. The project involves removing existing flagpoles and footings, installing new ground sleeves, repouring concrete, and setting new commercial-grade aluminum flagpoles.
