Draft Evaluation Criteria

• Documentation of at least 3 years of relevant experience/past performance.

• Evidence of in-depth knowledge of Rauland systems.
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, Life Safety Code, and other applicable standards.
• Evidence of experience working in a VA hospital setting.
• Clearance from the Infection Control Department.

Special Requirements

• Contractor must be a subject matter expert in Rauland intercom paging systems.
• Compliance with all VA, local, state, and federal regulations, including NFPA and NEC.
• Thorough understanding of STVHCS Infection Control and Life Safety requirements.
• Contractor must obtain a VA Contractor badge and complete TB tests prior to work commencement.
• No access to VA desktop computers, online resources, or patient health information.
• Experience working with VA and in hospital settings is required, along with attendance at Infection Control Safety courses.
• Daily and weekly electronic reporting to the STVHCS Biomedical Engineering Section is mandatory.
