Systems must be designed for outdoor use, capable of operating in temperatures from -10°F to 110°F. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all necessary fittings, adapters, and hoses, as well as equipment setup, startup, and commissioning. Deliverables also include associated components and technical documentation (CDRLs).
Period of Performance
The base period of performance is 8 weeks, from June 22, 2026, to August 16, 2026. There is an option period of 4 weeks, from August 17, 2026, to September 13, 2026.
Submission & Evaluation
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ), and offers must be submitted via email. Quotes will be evaluated based on Technical Acceptability, Experience/Past Performance, Adherence to Schedule, and Best Value Price.
