• The primary focus is on Ignitable Liquid Drainage Floor Assemblies (ILDFA) manufactured by Safespill Systems LLC (Safespill).

• Requirements include providing ILDFA for fire protection in accordance with:

  • Interim Technical Guidance (ITG) FY22-01
  • National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 409 Standard on Aircraft Hangars (2022 edition, §8.2.13.1)
  • Factory Mutual Global (FM) Property Loss Prevention Data Sheet 7-93 (Interim Revision July 2022).

• Interested sources are requested to submit a brief capabilities statement package (maximum 5 pages).

• The package should demonstrate the ability to provide the specified product and include Attachment 1 (Company Information) and product technical information/specification sheets.
