Scope of Work
The base bid (CLIN 0001) includes:
- Replacement of rooftop mechanical equipment (8 make-up air units, 17 exhaust fans).
- Relocation of the fire alarm control panel.
- Replacement of the southside entrance door.
- Renovation of the south stairwell (treads, wainscoting, painting).
- Replacement of vinyl flooring in hallways and ceramic/carpet in offices/quarterdeck.
Optional work (CLINs 0002-0011) includes:
- Additional rooftop mechanical equipment.
- Thermostat replacement with Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
- Installation of electronic CAC card readers and mechanical cipher locks.
- Hallway wainscoting system and ceiling tile replacement.
- Replacement of the Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) and Public Address (PA) panel.
- Installation of CO detectors.
