Scope of Work
The contract will procure a maximum quantity of thirty (30) Electrical Hull Penetrators (EHP) assemblies, with approximately fifteen (15) EHPs per year over a two-year (24 months) duration. Each EHP assembly includes an EHP and its associated transmitter cable.

- LEVEL I/SUBSAFE Material: All interested parties must explicitly state they are Level I/SUBSAFE certified.
- Quality Management System (QMS): Contractors must have a QMS Manual and Inspection System Procedures in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Welding Requirements: Contractors must be capable of meeting specific welding requirements in accordance with NAVSEA S9074-AQ-GIB-010/248, S9074-AR-GIB-010/278, and T9074-AD-GIB-010/1688. Welding procedures and qualification data must be approved by the Certifying Activity prior to welding.
