The above items include Fischer?s commercially available MCCP Antenna Units. Fischer is the only capable source who can provide the required products. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. However, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
