Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To replace a severely damaged air admission support cone for Unit N8, which is one of five wide-head turbines.

• Manufacture one (1) air admission support cone.

• The government will install the cone section and accompanying piping.

• Manufacture will be based on provided drawings for dimensions.

• The manufactured cone must be warranted to maintain structural integrity for a minimum of one year.

• Fabrication: Notice To Proceed (NTP) will be issued after all required submittals.

• Delivery: The nose cone shall be delivered to Hoover Dam by 5 April 2026.

• Delivery Location: Hoover Dam Central Warehouse, US Hwy 93, NV State Rte 271, Boulder City, NV 89006-0400.

• Delivery Hours: 0630 – 1530 hrs, PST, Monday - Thursday.

• Materials: The support cone shall be manufactured with ASTM A240-304L Stainless Steel.

• Contractor Tasks: Manufacture one support cone, provide all material properties and certifications to the U.S. Government, and ship finished sets to Hoover Dam.

• Notification: Hoover Dam shall be notified 72 hours in advance of delivery if any forklift assistance is required.
