Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) details the requirements for the supply and delivery of 600 tons of Untreated Base Course (UBC) to Natural Bridges National Monument.

• Product: Untreated Base Course (UBC) with no more than approximately 2% water content.

• Location: Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah. Material to be off-loaded at the "bone yard."

• Period of Performance: May 26, 2026 – June 26, 2026.

• Delivery: To begin May 26, 2026. Deliveries allowed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No Friday, weekend, or federal holiday deliveries.

• Daily Quantity: Approximately 200 tons per day.

• Truck Size Restrictions: Double belly dumps (trains) or end dumps with two pups (triples) are not allowed.

• Material Specification: UBC must meet the requirements of UDOT spec 02721 part 2 Products (dated January 1, 2008). Aggregate class designation may be A, B, or C, with a preference for Class C.

• Warranty: Product must be warranted to meet specification requirements upon delivery.

• Submittals: A signed letter of certification stating material compliance is required with the quote. After award, a job mix gradation is required.

• Measurement: UBC will be measured by the ton. Certified weigh tickets are required with each delivery.

• Place: Natural Bridges National Monument, Utah.
