- Specifications: Material must meet UDOT specification 02721 (dated January 1, 2008), with a preference for Class C aggregate. UBC shall not contain more than approximately 2% water.
- Delivery: Daily deliveries of approximately 200 tons are required, starting May 26, 2026. Deliveries are permitted Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, to the "bone yard" at NABR. Truck size restrictions apply (no double belly dumps or end dumps with two pups).
- Warranty: The product must be warranted to meet the specified requirements upon delivery.
