Sources Sought Notice

This notice seeks information from potential small business sources to procure and deliver required materials for the Naval Aviation Distributed Training Center (NADTC) Expansion at Naval Air Station (NAS) Oceana, VA. The procurement is for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) spare parts for device upgrades to enhance Distributed Mission Training (DMT) capabilities. This is a low-risk update that will not impact the training curriculum.

• Procurement of COTS spare parts for the NADTC expansion.

• A parts list is attached, establishing specific requirements for purchase and delivery.

• Shipment must be made in a single, consolidated delivery.

• Shipment tracking details must be provided beforehand.

• The anticipated Request for Quote (RFQ) release is April 2026.

• The anticipated award is May 2026.

• The required delivery date is no later than February 15, 2027.
