Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, constituting the only solicitation for the NADTC Initial Spares. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) on a competitive basis for NADTC Initial Spares Material, including Brand Name Dell hardware and Cisco networking equipment.

Items must be new and procured from authorized sources. Offeror must agree to a single consolidated delivery no later than February 15, 2027, F.O.B. Destination to NAS Oceana.
  • Price: Based on the combined total evaluated price of all line items, inclusive of all F.O.B. Destination shipping, handling, and delivery costs.

• NAICS Code: 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing (size standard of 1,250 employees).

• Set-Aside: Small business set-aside.

• Brand Name Specific: Procurement is brand-name specific.

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando requires critical spare components for the Navy Aviation Distributed Training Center - Atlantic (NADTC-LANT) Expansion to ensure operational readiness and effectiveness. • Substituting these components would require significant redesign, re-engineering, and extensive testing, leading to unacceptable costs, schedule delays, and duplication of program resources.

• This is considered a one-time requirement. The government will continue market research for future acquisitions.
