• Required Submittals: DA 4069, DA 4068 (with acknowledgements), Completed Section B (CLIN Schedule), Completed Section K (Reps & Certs), Bid Guarantee Scanned Copy, and Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable).

• Failure to submit all required documents may result in bid rejection.

• Virtual Public Bid Opening via MS Teams.

• All questions or RFIs must be submitted via Microsoft Forms by 11:59 PM (midnight) JST on 21 April 2026.

• Contract will be performed entirely in Japan and is intended only for local sources.

• Bidders must be physically located in Japan, authorized to conduct construction business in Japan, and comply with Japanese laws and regulations.

• Bidders must possess a Japanese civil construction (doboku isshiki koji) license or Japanese architectural construction (kenchiku isshiki koji) license by the bid due date.
