The requirement is for non-personal, Government-owned, Contractor-operated (GOCO) Aircraft & Ground Fuel Services and Storage & Distribution services at NAS Jacksonville, FL, which consists of three aboveground jet fuel (JP-5) tanks supplied by commercial tank truck from Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) Jacksonville. NAS Jacksonville is responsible for pilot training, home station to a number of deployable P8 and H60 Squadrons (Approximately four exercises per quarter). Fuel support is also provided to Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRSCE), U.S. Customs aircraft, Carrier Air Wing Squadrons (which exercise support in the operating area), Air Mobility Command (AMC) passenger/cargo terminal facility, and numerous other transient aircraft.
