Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), Kingsville has a requirement to conduct various repairs to the installation swimming pool, pool pump facility, and the fitness center. The work is located at B5746 and B5738. The existing the pool needs to be re-coated; the pump facility needs a new chlorination system and pool heater, and the fitness center needs all the gutters and down spouts replaced. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for its B5738 Fitness Center, B5746 Pool Pump Facility, and B5746 Pool Repairs located at Naval Air Station (NAS) Kingsville, TX. This solicitation is being competed as a total small business set aside. Payment and performance bonds are required. Award will be made to the contractor that offers the lowest price, with price being the only consideration. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 25th at 0900. Attendees that do not currently have access to NAS Kingsville will have to be escorted by NAVFAC personnel and will need to go through vehicle inspection. It is strongly recommended that those that currently do not have access arrive a minimum of an hour early to allow time for the vehicle inspection to take place. All legal documentation including drivers license, vehicle registration, and car insurance will need to be up to date otherwise you will be turned away.
