Submission Requirements

Both current NANO 4 contractors and new entrants must submit an Attachment 2.1 Capability Form for each IDIQ subCLIN(s) location they intend to support. This form requires detailed information on offeror, production facility, and distribution capabilities, including maximum storage, daily/monthly production capacities, and tanker trailer details. New entrants must also comply with Section 5 of the original RFP and all contract terms and conditions.

Evaluation

Proposals will be evaluated for technical acceptability based on the Capability Form and the weekly maximums specified in Section 2.1.1 Schedule of Supplies Table for Liquid Nitrogen and Liquid Oxygen – Requirements. Upon determination of technical acceptability, a contract (for new entrants) or modification (for existing contractors) will be executed to add the contractor to the IDIQ CLIN Pool for the specific NASA location(s).
