Scope of Work
The NFSC II will provide comprehensive fire services, including:

- Emergency Medical Services-Paramedic (Advanced Life Support)
- Fire Protection Engineering (construction, occupancy, water supplies, alarm/suppression systems, life safety)
- Fire Prevention Inspection Program (inspections, hazard identification, hot work permits)
- Fire Services Training and Fire Investigations
Services are required 24/7/365 at Ames Research Center (ARC), Wallops Flight Facility (WFF), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), White Sands Test Facility (WSTF), Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), and Stennis Space Center (SSC).
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
- Estimated Value: Up to $125 million (maximum for base + all option periods)
- Period of Performance: Base period from April 1, 2027, through September 30, 2028, with four option periods extending through March 31, 2032.
- Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside (NAICS 561990, $16.5M size standard)
- Facility Clearance: Offerors must possess a Secret facility clearance by the proposal receipt date.
