Offerors must be actively registered in SAM.gov with a Unique Entity Identifier. A minimum $5,000 security bond or irrevocable letter of credit is required.
Important Notes
Amendment 0001 corrected the number of working days for several Lake Barkley locations and superseded the original solicitation and attachment package. All bidders must use the updated Amendment 0001 attachment package. Mandatory requirements include background investigations, AT Level I training, OPSEC training, and E-Verify compliance.
