  • Public Address (PA) System: An outdoor audio system covering approximately 34,000 sq ft, including microphones, speakers, mixer/amplification equipment, and technician support.
  • Portable Restroom Facilities: Eight (8) standard portable toilets, two (2) ADA portable toilets, and two (2) portable handwashing stations with foot pumps. All equipment must be installed at designated outdoor main stage ceremony areas as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The site must be restored to its original condition after removal, with all debris cleared. Compliance with all federal, state, and local safety regulations is required.
