Performance Standards & Special Requirements
Guards must possess required California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) training/certification and pass background checks. The contractor must develop a quality control program, including a barcode scanning system for patrols. Guards must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be U.S. citizens or legally authorized to work. The contractor is responsible for furnishing all personnel, equipment, supplies, and transportation, including marked patrol vehicles (if required) and uniforms. Key personnel, including a Program Manager and On-Site Supervisor, are required.
