• Coordination: Work must be coordinated with the COR to avoid interference with burial services and other cemetery activities. Daily check-ins are mandatory.

• Documentation: Weekly progress reports are required. The contractor must also provide required licenses, permits, and insurance.

• Materials: Contractor is responsible for providing all necessary materials, including base material for headstone sockets, sod, fertilizer, and limestone. D/2 Biological Solution is the only authorized cleaner for headstones.
