Scope of Work
The NCCIPS is a 200,000 sq. ft. secure federal shared services facility on a 64-acre campus, supporting critical/classified data. The scope includes:
- Facility Operations & Maintenance: Management of 34 buildings (232,600 sq ft), including IT, system power, network integration, HVAC, cable management, custodial, shipping/receiving, electrical operations, engineering support, repair/alteration, and energy management.
- Data Center Management: 24x7/365 operations, power and cooling infrastructure engineering, and IT systems/cybersecurity.
- Program Management: Program and project management (PMP certifications), logistics, acquisition services, customer engagement, and cost estimating.
- Special Requirements: Personnel require minimum SECRET clearances, compliance with NASA security, OSHA/EPA/NASA safety, and 24x7x365 contingency support. A 60-day phase-in period is anticipated.
