- Craft shop support services (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, instrumentation).

Key Qualification Requirements

- Research Facility & Laboratory O&M, including AAALAC-accredited animal facilities and specialized environments (e.g., BSL-3, GLP).
- Complex HVAC, Refrigeration & Environmental Controls, including Building Automation/Environmental Monitoring Systems (BAS/EMCS).
- Utility Plant Operations (high-pressure steam, potable water treatment, wastewater, chilled water, medium-voltage electrical).
- Multi-Trade Maintenance Capabilities.
- Safety, Licensing & Regulatory Compliance (OSHA, EPA, NFPA), with licensed staff.
- Facility Support Services (grounds, janitorial, pest control, cafeteria).
- Managing operations with a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) workforce.
- Using facility work management systems (e.g., CMMS, ARCHIBUS, Maximo).
- Managing government or client-owned inventory.
