This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Electronic quotations must be submitted via email to Robert_sung@fws.gov with "140F0S26Q0016 - UTAH SEED" in the subject line. Quotes must be submitted in two parts: (1) non-price and (2) price.
Evaluation will be based on Technical Capability (including past performance) and Price. Technical Capability and past performance are significantly more important than cost or price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
