- Periodic and project-based services: Floor care (stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing), carpet/upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and other deep-cleaning services, potentially outside normal working hours. Services must be performed by qualified, trained personnel on a full-time basis, five days per week, in strict compliance with Federal, State, local, and HQ SACT policies.

Eligibility & Response Requirements
