Eligibility & Set-Aside

    3. Be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the U.S. Government.
  • NCP Application: U.S. firms must submit a one-time application to the Department of Commerce (DOC) via bis.gov, including a company resume and financial documents. Once approved, DOC will issue a DOE for specific projects.
  • Required Experience: Vendors must demonstrate significant experience in military-oriented data/information visualization, UI/UX concepts/prototypes, sophisticated (war)games with multi-role players, and game design/development for military organizations.
