Eligibility Requirements for U.S. Prime Contractors
To bid, U.S. prime contractors must:
- Maintain a professionally active facility within the United States.
- Hold a Facility Security Clearance at SECRET or higher.
- Be pre-approved for participation in NATO Competitive Procurement (NCP).
- Be issued a Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) by the Department of Commerce (DOC).
