The requirement is structured into three phases:

  • Phase 1: Regulatory Overview & Baseline Risk Assessment
    • Identify and document OHS legislation and regulatory requirements for each host nation and NCIA location.
    • Conduct structured OHS risk assessments using ISO 45001 principles.

    • Provide documentation for risk registers, incident logs, and reporting formats.
  • Phase 3: Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
    • Deliver routine and essential OHS activities.
    • Provide annual improvement plans, benchmarking, and innovation proposals.
    • Deliverables include routine OHS activity reports, incident investigation reports, improvement and benchmarking reports, and digital dashboards.
