NCIA is seeking feedback on potential solutions for OSINT processing. Key areas of interest include:

  • Managed Attribution Service: Capabilities for tailoring online presence, accessing geo-restricted content, and evading tracking.
  • OSINT Platform: A front-end platform for data access and analytics on unclassified and classified networks, utilizing advanced analytical techniques such as Geolocation, Anomaly detection, Facial recognition, Named Entity Recognition, and Deepfake identification.
  • Data Acquisition and Collection Services: Access to data from diverse sources including traditional media, social media, surface/deep/dark web, IoT data, blockchain analysis, and events data.
  • Report Writing and Source Registry: Tools for data processing, report generation, automated summarization, and source reliability scoring.
  • Non-Functional Requirements: Including tailored online training, scalable licensing, intuitive interfaces, robust customer service, and adaptability to industry advancements.

Respondents are requested to provide information as outlined in Annex A, share corporate capabilities and experience, comment on draft requirements in Annex B, and answer RFI questions in Annex C.
