The contractor will provide personnel, supervision, and all necessary items and services for Food Service Attendant duties at two dining facilities at NBVC. This includes:

Set-Aside & Eligibility

This market survey is specifically for small businesses. LARGE BUSINESSES DO NOT NEED TO RESPOND. The government may consider a set-aside for small businesses or one of the small business socioeconomic programs. If a set-aside is utilized, the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) clause will apply, requiring primes to detail how they will not pay more than 50% of the contract value to non-similarly situated entity subcontractors.
