Accessing CUI & Submission Requirements
To access the CUI PWS (Attachment 8), Offerors must download, complete, and submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Attachment #11) for each individual requiring access. The Prime Offeror must designate a single Point of Contact (POC) to consolidate and submit all required NDAs as a single package to Contract Specialist Chelsea Bendt (chelsea.e.bendt.civ@us.navy.mil). The email body must clearly identify the solicitation number and names of individuals. The deadline for NDA submission is April 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM EDT. SeaPort MAC holders must also register for PIEE accounts to receive solicitations and submit proposals.
