The objective is to enhance Electronic Warfare (EW) system libraries, improve threat identification, enable Anti-Ship Missile Defense, and enhance interoperability.

Key tasks include:

  • Technical SIGINT Data & Electronic Warfare Requirements Analysis Support: Requires Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in SIGINT, EW data analysis, and national data sources.
  • Electronic Warfare Reprogrammable Systems Library Analysis Support: Requires SMEs for EW Reprogrammable Libraries (Threat Databases) for systems like AN/SLQ-32 and AN/BLQ-10B.
  • Navy Information Operations Database (NIODB) / Software Development and Sustainment Support: Requires Database Administrators, Service Administrators, Cloud Engineers, and Data Scientists with expertise in database management, software development, cloud infrastructure, and data analytics/machine learning.
