• To incorporate an updated Performance Work Statement (PWS) to correct Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and the Period of Performance.

• To remove the Public Affairs Assistant task from the PWS.

• To correct "Quotes" to "Offers" in Section A - RFP Notes.

• Section A - Solicitation/Contract Form (RFP Notes modified)

• Section J - List of Attachments (Updated PWS added, original PWS deleted)

• The required date and time for submissions of offers remain unchanged.

Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the requirements for contractor support to the Naval Small Craft Instruction & Technical Training School (NAVSCIATTS). The primary goal is to provide logistics support and training to meet established curriculum standards for international students across various commands and geographic regions.

The contractor shall provide 32 to 44 personnel to support NAVSCIATTS training and logistics. Key areas of support include:

• Training Delivery: Providing instruction and support for a wide range of courses, including leadership, waterborne operations, maintenance, communications, combat life-saving, instructor development, intelligence, and range operations.
• Logistics Support: Assisting with training, logistics, course, and curriculum development.

• Meeting basic requirements such as valid driver's licenses, strong communication skills (English, Spanish where specified), physical fitness, and the ability to work non-standard schedules.

Justification and Approval (J&A) for Other Than Full and Open Competition
